Палеоэкологические и палеоклиматические аспекты представителей семейства Betulaceae S.F. Gray в кайнозойских флорах Казахстана

Изучение представителей семейства Betulaceae S.F. Gray в кайнозойских флорах Казахстана важно для реконструкции эволюции умеренных лесов и палеоклимата Центральной Азии. На основе 121 хорошо сохранившегося образца из 11 местонахождений выполнен морфолого-архитектурный анализ листовых пластинок родов Alnus, Betula, Corylus, Carpinus и Ostrya по методике Manual of Leaf Architecture и проведены количественные палеоклиматические реконструкции методами Coexistence Approach (CA) и Joint Probability Density Function (JPDF). Полученные данные свидетельствуют о преобладании тёплых и влажных условий в олигоцене и усилении сезонности с развитием аридизации в миоцене, сопровождавшихся сменой сообществ от гумидных пойменно-заболоченных лесов к более континентальным мезофильным ландшафтам. Морфологическая стабильность и высокая экологическая пластичность представителей Betulaceae отражают их способность сохранять доминирующее положение в составе древовидного яруса при изменении температурно-влажностного режима и подтверждают их информативность как индикаторов палеоклиматических условий кайнозоя Казахстана.
