The editorial board of the “Bulletin of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University” does not prevent its authors from posting published materials on third-party repositories.

Publication conditions. All manuscripts received by the journal’s editorial board, “Bulletin of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University”, must meet the technical and other requirements of the publication and undergo anonymous peer review. Based on the reviews received, the editorial board makes a final decision. No more than one publication from the same author (co-author) is allowed in the same issue of the journal. Authorship and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Plagiarism checking also includes analysing paraphrased material generated using artificial intelligence. The journal’s editorial office supports COPE’s position on the following key points:

  1. AI cannot be listed as an author.
  2. If authors have used AI tools in writing the article, the “Materials and Methods” section must indicate how the AI tool was used and which tool was applied. Editorial Policy Regarding Intermediaries and Brokers of Scientific Articles.
The journal’s editorial office strictly does not engage with or cooperate with intermediaries, agencies, brokerage services, or other commercial entities involved in writing, selling, promoting, or illegally distributing scientific articles. Such activity is regarded as a serious breach of academic integrity and a threat to scientific reputation. All materials must be prepared and submitted exclusively by the authors themselves; any detected involvement of intermediaries constitutes grounds for manuscript rejection, refusal of publication, or subsequent article retraction.
